A topaz cut amethyst lined oval Foch vase on an octagonal base. Design by Joseph Simon for the 1935 Brussels Exhibition, listed E[xposition] B[ruxelles] 51. Val St. Lambert Belgium round acid stamp with pontil mark.

Decoration: Cut with twelve curved sides framing two large lined archways, decorated with a magnifying glass. The body is cut with thin vertical bands arranged in a staircase.
