Small rectangular jardinière in topaz glass, tool-worked. Tetrapod base, four drops at the corners and a scalloped cordon on the rim in iridescent blue glass with copper highlights. 1874-1878. Enamelled A[uguste] Jean signature to the pontil mark.

Decoration: geometric motifs of oriental inspiration and florets in hard polychrome enamels with gilded edges.
